General House Information

Every student has to have their handprint scanned at the entrance of their dorm.

Blazenbeak

The Blazenbeak dormitory is located in the middle of the castle. As you enter the 3rd floor, you'll see a huge statue of a phoenix. Push the statue in and the wings will spread. Step into the room that it pushed back into and the wings will surround you. The statue will spin slowly as it goes up a tower. After the wings uncurl, you can step out and you'll be at the secret corridor of the Blazenbeak Common Room.

Onyxshadow

As you walk into the side door on the main floor down to the dungeons, you find yourself underground. Around you, you will find black, purple, and grey orbs in the walls. As you go down the corridor, you will see a magical grey line, glowing black, on the wall. Scan your hand and tap your wand inside the circle, and the circle will move fastly. It will glide off of the wall and shape itself into a black panther. Pet the panther and a steel door will appear. You can now go into the dorm. After you enter, the panther will jump and turn into the black and grey circle, going on the wall again, making the door disappear. You are now inside.

Talonstike

This dorm is located in the main floor, The Entrance Hall. Under the main stairs, there is a spiraling room that leads to a big hippogriff statue. The scan your hand and the statue will come alive, spreaing its right wing upwards, revealing the door, as if telling you to go ahead first. You walk in and the wing will close back up. You are now in the Talonstrike Common Room.

Emeraldfang

The Emeraldfang Common Room is actually located on the roof of the castle. On the last floor, there is a statue of a gian dragon head with its mouth closed. You scan your hand and the mouth will open wide. You can walk through its mouth, being transported by a capsule-like elevator through the roof, stopping at another dragon head, which is the fireplace of the common room. But dont worry, the fire goes out every time someone comes through the tunnel.
